I don't understand, you have no menu ?
This acces fault is in STRAM ($100F2), Pc is at $E0028E ? If it's true at the adress there are a CPUSHA before set the cache (it's the same function used after for the tests). At this adress there are the stack in STRAM. And it's before the SDRAM init.
If you remove the SDRAM you have the same crash, or the menu arrives ?
