i had dealings with amigadeals.co.uk - they were very good, brought an FPU from them (not listed on their stock by the way).
for the IDE cable i brought from:

this cable has 3 ide connectors, so you can connect 2 hard disks, but it is a bit long.
because i keep frying ide cables i brought on 3 seperate occasions.
