I've set up my Centscreen extended modes from TOS, saved them as normal and then booted in Magic with it still active.
You won't get to see Centscreen, but you still get the extended screen mode that you last preset in TOS. So it is still working in the background. It is also possible to switch between the last saved screen mode between colour modes, say going from 800 x 600 in 256 cols, to 640 x 480 in Truecolour. In that case, you still get the normal Magic mode selector, and go for 320 x 480 mode ;-)
You won't get access to the centscreen menu, and you will have to go back to TOS to make any changes there.
