Hi!

I think ECC is some kind of error correction mechanism mostly used in server computers, and I'm pretty sure you shouldn't use ECC SDRAM with the CT60.

When it comes to 100 or 133, that means that the SDRAM _can_ run at clock frequencies up to 100MHz or up to 133MHz. 133MHz will obviously give better performance in a computer system that runs at this speed, but the CT60 can run at 72MHz maximum so any of these speed grades will do.
