I'm looking for anyone that purchased an Afterburner040 from Cortex Designs in the last four or five years. I paid for one (which was supposed to be the last one) in 2001. I actually ordered it and sent my Falcon to Cortex in 1998.
In the middle of this seven year drama, I was told that others were interested in buying the Afterburner, but I had already paid and made it clear that I still wanted it.
Now I am told that the package was shipped to me, but must have been lost by Federal Express. I'm finding this distressing to say the least.
If anyone has purchased an Afterburner from Cortex in the last four years, someone may not be being honest with me, and I would like to know the truth.
I won't hassle whoever bought the Afterburner, since they paid for it (too) and had no knowledge of me or anything else. I'm just trying to get to the bottom of this, in hopes of getting back my missing Falcon, and $1000.
