I bought one of these. The case is 2U high, and was very bad quality, as in not finished. I had to clean it up and do a lot of metalwork to get it usable (for example I had to drill a big hole so the reset button could come out of the back!, and there is no way you can put screws in both the floppy AND CD drives, its one or the other...) It was only a *slightly* better solution than making my own from scratch.
That being said, I think though that there is enough room for SV and ethernat, for a start the memory stick in mine is quite tall, the SV will not be taller than that, and the CT60/SDRAM combination even fitted in the standard case easily. The 2U case has lots more headroom.
If you get one, make sure that you have an electric drill, and some GOOD quality bits, you'll need em.
Oh, and a hotglue gun is great for securing cables and even the one side of the CD drive that you cant get screws into.
Coda.
