Look for Thermaltake Mini Orb on ebay, it is Athlon intended, but it's 50x50 mm, with copper core, should be okay for rev 6...
(it's 8 cms high, though, but I think you have recased Falcon...)
And when you find it buy CoolerMaster thermal compound kit PTK-001 (Shin Etsu) or Zalman two compound thermal adhesive...
