well, there are two modifications: pins of parallel port connector to be resorted according to the TOS cable schematics and female CT60 JTAG connector needs one spare (empty) pin to be inserted (since CT60 JTAG has 7 pins - and this cable has 6)...you can slice the connector in 2 (vcc and GND) + 4 (signals) combination
But, still, it is worth trying since my TOS cable costed me 10-15 EUR in material...(soldering time not included :) )...
