Reading rawdata from an audio-cd unfortenly will make your machine run slower. The better way is to have audio-out on the CD-ROM connected to audio-in on the Falcon. This is what your PC does (but the PC soundcard also have an internal input connector - which the falcon does not, so you need to use the mic input on the backside - all this is what I told you from the beginning).

You know, just becuase you put a CD-ROM via IDE/SCSI doesn't mean it automagicly connects to the soundsystem!
