Until this problem is fixed by a new version of MiNT I have found a TOS solution:
The vectors are tested with a steep of 256 VBL calls. The fpsp and isp emulation call at he end the old vector stored in the unused zone $700-7FF (the PMMU tree for the 030). So if a vector used by isp or fpsp isn't found the new patch inside the VBL save the MiNT vector inside the $700-$7FF zone and overwrite the vector.

I think update the archive 0.99c this next week if another problem is fixed.
