...yes, all recommended at czuba-tech is enough
to solve this problem...I additionally changed all capacitors
since they wear out with years (Falcon is 12-13 years old now :)
This also helps stability since capacitors provide stable voltage..., but addidng capacitor on C7 and changing PSU
(try weaker model, not P4 one - e.g. 250-300 W)...
