With the CTPCI, to my experience only the Radeon 7500-9200 gfx card series work reliable.
The CTPCI IDE is working great and around twice as fast compared to stock IDE of a ct60 Falcon.
Sadly the needed boot2.0x beta you need for operation of CTPCI is not working as reliable as the older boot 1.03c. Some ct6x don't boot at all with boot2.01 flashed to it.
