Guys.
I know some of you are using Devpac3.10 on the CT60, and i've not seen any posts relating to this issue. I'm getting a Bus Error when hitting the Assemble/Compile menu item on Devpac and with Lattice C 5.6. I can Assemble/Compile progs in SingleTos using the Devpac/Lattice IDE, but in MiNT or NAES its a no go. If I call the LCC.TTP seperately (not using the IDE) it doesnt crash.
I've tried removing all auto progs, desk accessories and i've tried the 1.15.12 040 and 030 kernel. I've tried changing the TTRAM flags, and disabling the cache.
The actual error looks like:
pid 40 (DEVPAC): BUS ERROR:
User PC=11A6656, Address:
6B500118 (basepage=1D0000,
text=1B0100, data=0,
bss=1D0100)
and:
pid 42 (LC5): BUS ERROR:
User PC=11A6656, Address:
6B500118 (basepage=1896000,
text=187E100, data=0,
bss=1896100)
It stands out that the PC is the same in each case so its not crashing in the IDE code, but in something else thats being called, maybe something that has loaded with NAES/Thing?
The only difference I get with the errors is if I try the 1.15.12 030 Kernel, where I get an Illegal Instruction error instead of a Bus Error.
Anyone know whats going on?
Thanks.
Coda.
