Several possible reasons why Shazz's CT60 runs hotter:

1. He lives in the south ;)
2. He has a 50MHz chip, these run considerably hotter than 60MHz chips (at 66MHz clock)
3. His CT60 is of the new second batch, the heatsink and fan are really on the small side ( http://ae.dhs.nu/ct60/ct60-new_batch.jpg ).

I mounted the second-batch CT60 a week ago, running with open case, and perhaps 20-22C inhouse temperature, the CPU had a temperature of 45-48C.

My first-batch CT60 and a rev6 50MHz 68060 runs at 35C in a closed tower case. The same CT60 with a rev1 60MHz 68060 ran at 20C.

So I wonder if the new heatsinks/fans are not good enough..
