I don't know who wires are connected under the phantom but the maximum delay supported by the CT60 on the F030 clock (R116, R221, R222) is one gate F08. It's better to remove the F08 (or another gate I don't know the phantom) like the original Falcon because there are F030 boost on the CT60. An the wires on the motherboard are more clean (there are just 6 wires on the F030 boost + 68 ohms on the SDMA clock).
