Regarding the original casing:
There are two solutions:
1) Use only one board on the CT60 (i.e. the SuperVidel). This will fit below the original keyboard without needing an extender. You must remove a screw from the back of the keyboard (which would bend and short circuit some pins on the SV otherwise). And check that your CTCM is not too tall to fit under the SuperVidel. But that can be fixed too.
2) Use our CT60 extenders. These boards (one for each motherboard connector) move the CT60 about 3.5cm backwards so the boards you put on the CT60 are out of the way of the internal keyboard. They look like this from the side:

The single vertical line is a male pin header going up to the CT60, and the two vertical lines is a female receptable connector going down to the motherboard. Each board is delivered as a PCB with one male and one female connector unsoldered to keep the cost down. And there is one board for the 30pin and one for the 50pin motherboard connector. They are ordered as a pair. The soldering job is very easy, since guide pins are present so you can't put them wrong. We will make a picture manual for this.
It is possible to just put the CT60 on the extenders without modifying the CT60 itself, but then you see from the picture that the CT60 will be raised the whole height of the extender boards. This is about 10mm. Then the SDRAM DIMM on the CT60 will hit the ceiling of the falcon case (and go "through it").
To fix this you must cut and remove the motherboard connectors on the CT60 by soldering. It may be a bit scary to cut in your beloved CT60, but it is necessary. Make sure you use a wrist strap to ground yourself so you don't damage the CT60 with ESD.
When the motherboard connectors are gone, you can insert the extender male pins (from below) into the CT60, and solder them in place. This way the CT60 is just raised about 2mm, and will fit under the original falcon case ceiling.
Note that a low-profile SDRAM DIMM is still needed to fit in the original casing.
We're using the Pico PSU right now, so it fits too.
