CT60 have been sold with several versions of the 060.
First there was 50 MHz chips that were able to run at 66 MHz, they were full chips but had EC print. Later orders got less good chips that didn't overclock good up to 66 MHz.
Then for CT63 I believe only the rev 6 have been shipped. It's a 50 MHz part that most often overclock OK at twice the speed.
Then there are EC and LC chips that are around 75 MHz from factory, but I don't think CT60/3 shipped with those? Might be wrong though.
