Everything Slow!

Hi Guys

PLease help

Everything seems to be running slow. when i run nembench everything seems to max out at about 24mips

i had this problem before and it was something to do with caches, but i changed nothing and out of nowhere its happened again.

It was fine yesterday

ANy ideas?
