I did more test and conclude that DMA on driver 1.01 will always hang my R7500 and will hang my R7000 about 80% of the time.

I had a difficult time to disable DMA on the CPX when on driver 1.01. On times when I can get to the desktop, the boot section of the CT60CONF show not the DMA button but the ST mode and Overscan button.

I had to flash back to driver 1.00 & copy a fresh CT60CONF to get the DMA button back.
