I received mine last week, I didn't get it earlier because I didn't ask for it.
Rodolphe was shipping the hardware only to people who wanted, mainly persons with JTAG cable so they could upgrade.
Now I think Rodolphe is shipping the rest of the cards.
I would recommend you to contact him directly per email.
