Nothing. But I prefer before this feature to add more boards on CTPCI.
Else there are a boot parameter also used on Firebee for swap IDE ports.

Since some months I replaced the CompactFlash reader by a DVD writer who works fine with Extendos and CD writer suite for do backups.
