Ok, Thanks for explaining.
My understanding was a bit different.

I thought that click OK was to set clock frequency.
A reboot will loose these setting.

And SAVE was to save into the flash, so a reboot will retain the settings.

So really I do not need to do a SAVE. Good. I will not do that now.
I am using COPS only, on TOS & Mint.
