It's possible that the Flash isn't the newest, but seems 3-4 months old (boot 1.04).
You can use normal or 80 wires ide ribbon, in the last case you can't use slave. Note that actually only graphics board seems works, length problem ? I don't know, but trying to underclock PCI bus not solve problem. So for a new install if you have shorter cables, use it.
Else I use a RADEON 9250.
