It's the hardware version 5L of the ABE chip, one of the 2 chips who contains the hardware programmable logic of CT60. This chip can be updated by Flash060 or a TOOL on PC used by Rodolphe with JEDec files. It's possible to read the actual version with the JTAG cable.
ABE5L had slower timming than ABE5K, I don't know ABE5M (never tried).
But I have used ABE5L during lot of years with the Ethernec. I have a CT60 and a F030 bus at 25 MHz causes troubles with the Ethernec, but 16MHz works fine. ISA ethernet boards need slow timmings on the cartridge port.
I not rememeber if slower timmings of ABE are for all F030 access (Flash/STRAM/Cartridge/IDE).
