I inform you that Mr Ben Berkowitz, boss of the company decided to manage
himself the affair of my lost 060, and after a long period of troubles &
silent for whose the cause seems to be an email & efax routing problem in
USA, the dialog is retablished and he phoned me at my home to be sure I
receive well his emails... and I appreciate this.
So, I ordered again some 060 to Vernal Elm and Ben decided to send me FREE
the 25 CPU I didn't received the last October... A nice and commercial
decision I appreciate too.
It seems that Vernal Elm, with the work from his boss, is a serious company
that try to solve the problems and that is listening his customers...
This definitively cancels my complains !
Thank You for your attention.
And Thank You to all that tried to help me and were ready to move ...
