Irritatingly, I have the skills to make a case fairly simply.
I just dont have the tools... Hence Aluminium would be my preferred choice as its soft enough to work with hand tools.
As to its strength, ok this is a grey area Ill admit, but for a proto-type, it should prove worthy.
And this is also why I eventually adopted Wood, but I really would prefer a real PC ATX Tower.
