Flashing the CTPCI worked with XLINIX Impact! Unfortunately I killed my Falcon accidentially by a shortcut :( It´s NOT the fault of software it was either my own dumbness or just old Falcon hardware blew off... But hope is on it´s way, a good friend will send me a "new" motherboard with a slightly defective videl (wrong colors) which works well with CT60/PCI...
