No need for paranoia. The CTPCI isn't in it's final stage yet. This aplies both for TOS and the big Xilinx FPGAs. TOS you can update from within the machine, but to reprogram the logic chips on both CT6x and CTPCI you need a JTAG cable, and possibly a PC or at least the 1k resistor soldered on the CT6x. Therefore, Rodolphe has sent CTPCI only to people who have (access to) the equipment to do that reprogramming.
As far as I've learned from Didiers messages, there are some issues with interrupts not yet resolved in the latest public ABE V7C, SDR V7B and CTPCI 1C versions. So don't expect to get your CT60 back until those issues are resolved, unless you get a JTAG cable and feel confident to program the logic chips yourself.
Rodolphe or Didier, please feel free to correct me :)
As of today, the mechanical fitting of my CTPCI slots board in the H&S tower case is finished. It fits, temperature readings in progress.
With best regards

What's the anti-troll code? That's your personal code to be able to add comments and messages on the dhs.nu site.
Don't have a code or forgot it? Fix it here.
