Ouch :( Since Didier uses his flash tool on Atari, I assume there's nothing wrong with that. Did you try to find some older ABE/SDR files and flash them? For example download 0.99b from http://ct60.dhs.nu/download.php there are some older JEDs included in the package. Just for fun, try it with both new and old flash tool and let us know :)
