Didier, if you mean the chip NEC uPD720101, it is a 3.3V designed chip that support 3.3V PCI and enventually a 5V PCI. I have the Datasheet if you need.
This is sure that you can power the IO pins with 3.3V.
Just cut the edge to add the second key position and it should run...
