I think it should be easy, two things we should know for now, where the isp116x registers are mapped in memory, there are two of them see isp116x.h file.
And if the Netbusbee swaps bytes for the data register like the EtherNat does. This last thing drove me crazy quite some time.
Please contact me if you need any help with the sources.
