I had to read up on this feature you're speaking of, Rodolphe. :)
Yes, we'll have such a bit that will toggle wether our registers are present at the old addresses or at new addresses. So if you want to turn of the old Videl, simply change this bit so that the SuperVidel registers appear at the new addresses and your accesses will go through to the old Videl. Then simply change the bit again. :)
