Hi,
i again played around with different encoder-tools and settings.
This is what works best so far:
Machine............Falcon with ct63@100MHz, 16 MHz bus, 50MHz DSP
Source.............AVI from pouet.net
Encoder frontend...VirtualDub
videocodec used....Xvid
audio format.......wave audio 32780 Hz, mono
video size.........288x160, 15fps
audio delay........300ms
This replays flawless and in good sync using aniplayer, DSP enabled, fullscreen (The audio delay i added leads to bad sync when replayed on windows, though).

Grab it while its hot, and please let me know how it plays on your Falcon060.
