Hi,
in the ct60 software package is a folder /BootDemo/new_pic/
Here you find new_pic.ttp, which converts a 320x240 compressed TGA picture of not more than 128k into a *.hex file.
You can then flash this *.hex file with flash060.prg from the /flash.too/ folder into your flashrom. You can do this even in 060 mode from MiNT.
I've uploaded a TGA of a ct63 board and the converted hex file to my webspace.
