Hello Didier,
I'm think that the problem is with the TT Ram. With my CT2B, I had the same problem : reboot after Linux processing. If it possible, disabled the TT Ram détection of Ataboot. I think that exist a spécial version of ataboot for the afterburner 040 (with TT ram ?).
