I can answer 'Yes'. Some years ago I worked for a company making embedded systems, and they had the complete Motorola 56000 DSP CD-ROM full of documentation and tools. And there was a gcc present in it, along with the well-known asm56000 (for dos, solaris, hp/ux, etc...) and linker and the rest.

I couldn't resist and copied some files. At last, gcc is GPL-licensed, so no problem with spreading sources.

After a check, I only copied PDF docs, and gcc source archive.
