When composing, we generally avoid using noise based instruments on several channels at the same pattern position, mainly because all those will get the same noise frequency, yes.
For example if you us hithat style high noise frequency and snare low noise frequency at the same time, all these will get the same frequency (which will be the one from the instrument in the latest channel starting from left on most trackers).
But it can also give some interesting creative results, as creativity can be fed from rules breaking. ;)
