Well I'll be damned, I thought UPX for Windows only packed Win32 exes, but I ran it on my PRG and it identified it as an Atari/TOS executable and packed away!
The resulting exe is a bit bigger (12.2kb compared to a bit less than 10kb for Packfire) but this one actually works, so that's a big plus! :)
