You know what Laurent, I like you, so I gave it a go right now ;-)
While I can't explain the mysterious error (I'm starting to believe it's Hatari's fault, asm56000 manual explains it as an internal error!) it's perfectly compilable with higher version of asm56000.exe (wine helped me here). Then, after all the steps (cld -> lod, lod -> lod, lod -> dsp) you'll get 1:1 byte exact copy of mp2inc.bin :)
