Hi All,
I'm just coding an effect similar to:

I've coded proper asm routine and a texture but I have no idea how to prepare (or calculate) "Flow map" for that effect. I head that it can be prepared in Photoshop and Unreal Material Editor ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SYvOfRkPcaI )...
Do you have any hints?
