Newer TV's (maybe everything built in the last 10 years?) don't have a problem with PAL/NTSC or even that weird french stuff known as SECAM.
Coincidence you posting this (although why in the coding forum? Do you have something on your mind? :-) ) because I just bought a Panasonic 42" Plasma this week and I'm gonna make a SCART cable (another french invention I believe) for my ST today :-)
