As far as I know, ST, TT and Falcon have different memory organisation.
TT has 64-bit memory organization and 4 words alignment boundaries, F030 32 bit (for video) and 2 bytes alignment boundaries, ST 1 word.
With this knowledge, we can recognize type of machine:
