Most modern SSD songs use 3 timers. You'll find 2 replay routines at :-

One uses timers A/B/D the other A/C/D.
Trouble is the first one will use TC for the actual play call. The second one is ok but the tune would have to be called in the VBL.
As I said the only easy way is to persuade your musician to use 2 SID voices not 3. Who mentioned $68.w ? ? :)
