Probably to let the lawyers see that the program was already made on an atari, before it came to the pc/linux world. So they can clame it's theirs.
There are always 2 sides/stories on a lawsuite. Lets hear the other one first shall we ? ;) And then we will decide.
btw. How can someone send an attachement if there is no c code available ? And I recommend them to first have a good webdesigner for their page.. It looks TERRIBLE!
They can always but an Atari at the EBay and start programming!!
