Timer B interrupts on Falcon

Hi all,

While we were trying to fix a game to work on falcon we came across a weird issue:

The game sets up the timer B interrupt to occur on a fixed amount of scanlines so it doesn't need to be set every vbl: instead a counter for the rasters is being kept and the proper colours are drawn each vbl at their proper place.

On the Falcon though instead of getting stable rasters we get scrolling rasters.

This either means that either the timer B is does not have the same behaviour as the ST or the screen set up is wrong (we use output from screenspain).

Any ideas as to what it's happening?
