Agility is an interpreter/development system for text adventures and available for many platforms but not the Atari. It comes as binaries or rather portable ANSI C source.
Now I'd like to see a port of the interpreter/runtime environment to our beloved Atari platform.
The sources compile easily for Linux with the GNU tools but I wasn't able to build a TOS port with Turbo C. A lot compiled already but I doubt it is worth the effort.
Now the main question is if anyone is willing to try his hands under Mint with GCC. As it goes for text adventures in Infocom style, all is a simple VT52 terminal with GEMDOS output. I'd only like to see that the resulting binary is compatible with singletasking TOS aswell. I sadly have no Mint capable machine at hand and I hadn't much success with Aranym. And running GCC on an ST class machine is impossible or atleast not worth the effort.
Background is the possibility to write games/adventures for both Atari and PC use without the need to code my own crossplatform engine.
Anyone interested should get in touch me either via IRC or via email:

What's the anti-troll code? That's your personal code to be able to add comments and messages on the dhs.nu site.
Don't have a code or forgot it? Fix it here.
