It's now possible to make an order for the new Deesse DSP-card. It is featuring a 100 MHz 56301 DSP (about six times the Falcon DSP speed) and 96 kHz, 24bit audio.
Deesse should work with any PCI-computer, although drivers are only developed for Atari yet. Price of the board seems to be resonable as well, about 140usd USD together with drivers.
