Medusa Systems will produce the new ColdFire clone	January 21st, 2001
Medusa Systems have now announced that they will produce a new TOS-clone using ColdFire processors. It would also seem like the previous announced use of the old 166 MHz ColdFire chips are now abandoned (we never understood why they couldn't wait 3 months extra for the new chips!). The new ColdFire TOS-Clone will be equipped with the brand new ColdFire 4e processor, available from July 2001 in speeds of 333 MHz (500 dhrystone MIPS). Maybe we can expect to see the new clone in early autumn or so? One thing's for sure at least; when this machine hit's the market, there is no other clone and/or accelerator that comes near in CPU-power. Hint: When can we see a ColdFire 4e Falcon accelerator?
