This logo is amazingly well done. Color palette is a quite simple (gold over blue) but quite effective thanks to the attention given to the shading. The blue background is directly inspired from the logo used by the group Fields of the Nephilim.

For me, this logo was the best part of the whole flashback demo. Nothing more to add to Mics comment.
