Hello,
not sure where to ask.. Do you know/use any gfx tool for manipulating with palette-based pictures? Of course, Falcon preferably but it would be PC, too. Something like Degas or Neochrome for ST... with sliders for r/g/b, manipulating each palette entry and so on...
On falcon nearly every gfx tools works either with hicolor or with system palette or with any palette but in very uncomfortable way..
